Neil Hughes

Neil has many years experience in advising businesses regarding financial matters, but specialises primarily in insolvency and corporate recovery. In particular he has extensive experience of examinership matters and has acted as examiner on numerous occasions. He is the author of ‘The Seven Cs of Business Recovery’ and ‘Examinership in Practice’ and he has lectured widely on the subject of corporate recovery.  He contributes regularly to the print and broadcast media on business matters.

Kieran McCarthy

Kieran qualified as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1995 and as a member of the Institute of Taxation of Ireland in 1998. He developed his considerable experience working in both industry and practice over several years. Kieran specialises in audit and corporate recovery. He has over 10 years experience in providing advisory and recovery solutions to businesses and had taken on numerous formal appointments (Examinerships, Receiverships and Liquidations) as well as turnaround and business reviews.
