A small bit of history was made yesterday as Baker Tilly's Sarah-Jane O'Keeffe was appointed Ireland's first female examiner. The Circuit Court in Dundalk appointed Sarah-Jane O'Keeffe to the Eastern Seaboard restaurant and bakery in Drogheda, Co Louth, where 43 jobs are at risk.
